The Supporter and Transporter rope manipulators are designed to ensure the simplest possible ergonomic handling of loads in production. They are equipped with articulated arms and a double steel rope. The device is controlled from a handle located directly above the hook. The load weight is balanced by a pneumatic actuator located in one of the arms, allowing for effortless lifting. A unique feature is the placement of a compressed air tank inside the lifting arm, significantly increasing safety in the event of a power outage.
The devices are available in a basic version with a hook or with standardized grippers: magnetic, scissor, or vacuum. Dedicated grippers, individually designed for handling various product types, are also available upon request.
