Battery-powered vacuum lifter
Vacuum traverses for smooth and flat products weighing up to 2000 kg. The main advantage of such devices is the fact that they do not require external power supply. A battery-powered autonomous system makes it possible to suspend a vacuum sling on any lifting device.
The battery capacity is sufficient for continuous operation for 8 hours. The device can be charged anywhere - without designating special isolated zones in the production hall.
The way the device works is very simple, which can be an additional advantage.
After switching on the vacuum generating module and placing it in the appropriate position on the lifted object, we turn on the vacuum using the slide valve on the handle. After reaching the appropriate vacuum level, the acoustic signal informs the operator it is safe to lift the element. Large selection of the handlebars as well as many available different dimensions of the suction cups that are adjusted to the carried product, ensures safe work in all conditions, improving ergonomics at the same time.
The device can be used in:
- metal industry - magnetic and non-magnetic sheets
- wood industry - laminated, smooth and impervious boards
- glass industry - glass, double glazing, windows
- others: transport of sandwich panels, laminates, plastic elements.
Vacuum lifter beam
Vacuum traverses for products weighing up to 20,000 kg. They can be powered by both electricity and compressed air. The operation of the vacuum pump installed on the body is continuous. Hence, it is possible to compensate for any possible aeration in the vacuum system. This is the main advantage of this type of solution. Thanks to this, we can easily pick up porous and slightly permeable products. There is no prerequisite for a smooth and flat surface.
The way the device works is intuitive.
After turning on the power and setting it in the appropriate position on the lifted element, we turn on the vacuum by means of the slide valve on the operator's handle. After reaching the required vacuum level, the acoustic signal informs the operator that it is safe now to lift the element. Large selection of the handlebars as well as suction cup sizes adapted to the product, ensures safe work in all conditions, improving ergonomics at the same time.
This type of pneumatic traverse gives us the ability to transport products of both small and large dimensions, up to 15m in length with a maximum load capacity of 20T.
The modular structure enables the use of the product rotation and/or tilting function, supported by a pneumatic or electric drive. Workpiece rotation / tilt range from 0 to 180 degrees.
