BalanceStand
Swivel crane for maximum flexibility. Most common BalanceLift support allows handling with the widest usage area. It comes out in 2 or 3 meters of total arms length and overall heights up to 3,1 m. Depending on client needs BalanceStand can be stationary or mobile with transportable base plate. Operator can simply unplug the device and move it to other location with forklift. Another useful feature is adjustable column height.
Jib crane
Pillar-mounted and wall-mounted jib cranes allow to operate with heavier loads up to 500 kg on lightweight arm up to 6 m long. Smooth running movements of sliding and swivel joints ensure highly ergonomic and convenient handling. Customer friendly solutions can be implemented with telescoping booms as well as custom heights and lengths. For mobile usage, jib cranes can be mounted on transportable base plate.
BalanceRail
BalanceRail is an overhead running system that can be mounted on existing support structures as well as on Expresso BalancePort carrier aluminum structure. This solution is has the most user friendly support for BalanceLift cylinders. Highly adjustable modular structure, can be placed in any on site conditions without anchors. Client can at any moment reassemble it widening or shortening the range, according to current needs.
Endless range of vacuum, pneumatic, magnetic and mechanical load handling attachments lets you find suitable solution for any type of product up to 150 kg. Simple, safe and continuous use via up/down pushbuttons or automatic balancing function allows the operator to be always in full control of the product. Number of safety features such as: anti-jump function, hoisting rope with swivel and control units ensure that both operator and product is not exposed to any danger.
